The Pressie Box are all about convenience, personal service and quality products, and we like to make things as easy as possible for New Zealand online gift basket store customers.

With the freshest quality products, beautiful packaging and personal service, our promise to you is our guarantee. Ordering from The Pressie Box gives you the assurance that your gift basket or gift box will a delight for your recipient to receive.

If you indicate your explicit approval during the checkout process, we will keep your contact details on file and may email you from time to time so as to keep you informed of specials, new products, events etc. We will not give your name or details to any other person or company. We hate spam as much as you do! Any email from us will include an unsubscribe link.

Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at our discretion. Once an order has been dispatched from our premises, we are unable to recall it and cancellation is not possible.

We are committed to making your shopping experience with us an easy and pleasurable one. In the unlikely event that your gift is damaged, or if for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make arrangements to rectify any issues straight away. We promise to stand by our mantra ‘If it’s not right, we’ll fix it!’. Keeping our customers happy is of utmost importance to us; after all we want you to come back!

If we accept your order for goods, you must pay us the purchase price and delivery charges specified at the time of submitting your order. All amounts payable are calculated in New Zealand dollars. You must pay these amounts by the means we agree with you at the time of submitting your order.

If your credit card details are invalid or the financial institution responsible for your payment does not approve the purchase transaction, we will contact you. We may stop delivery of the foods or keep the foods until payment is made.

The prices displayed on each product page are per item and are including New Zealand goods and services tax (GST). Any shipping charges are calculated separately and clearly indicated throughout the checkout process.
